Project Recover went to Palau on a mission to find World War II POW/MIA service members. Our mission was made possible in part by a generous contribution by the the National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum. Three UDT or frogmen were taken prisoner on Yap Island on the night of August 18, 1944, and taken to Palau.
"The term ‘No man left behind’ isn’t just a tagline for the Navy SEAL Museum,” said Rick Kaiser, retired Navy SEAL Master Chief and Executive Director of the Navy SEAL Museum.
