This Veteran's Day weekend has been a special one for us.
We were honored to attend the funeral of Navy
Aviation Radioman 3rd Class Walter E. Mintus. Mintus was declared MIA in 1944 when his TBM Avenger was shot down over the waters surrounding Palau.
Project Recover located his TBM Avenger in 2016.
We are grateful to work in partnership with the government of Palau and the DPAA to finally
repatriate ARM3c Walter Mintus, a World War II hero.
