Dear , Each year,
Project Recover invites our community to take meaningful steps—literally—for our biggest fundraising event of the year: Mission Miles. Every mile you log brings us closer to our goal of locating, recovering, and repatriating missing service members and providing closure and answers to their families. What is Mission Miles? From September 1st to 30th, in honor of POW/MIA Recognition Day on Friday, September 19, participants will walk, run, bike, or swim, in support of our mission. As a virtual event, it is easy for anyone, anywhere, to participate. You can complete your miles at your own pace, on your own schedule,
and with friends or family. It’s a powerful way to honor those who served and to support our ongoing missions around the world. Why
It Matters: Every dollar raised through Mission Miles directly supports Project Recover’s field missions. Your participation not only helps bring our heroes home—it brings healing to their families and communities. Whether you complete your miles solo or alongside friends and family, you’ll be honoring those who served. 2025 Goal: 250 participants and $60,000 raised by September 30th. If you can't participate in challenge, you can still contribute by donating to a participant's fundraising page below. Support their journey, and our goal to fund an MIA mission! |
